Customer Service Manager

The Customer Service Manager will be required to travel frequently domestic and internationally to support the Opening and Post-Opening phase of our projects and to visit our clients on a regular basis. For openings he or she will be spending four (4) weeks on one site at a time and assist the local hotel/resort/spa management with operational and sales & marketing support.

Highly motivated, passionate.
Flexible and cooperative.
Bottom line focused.
Preferable good experience in the SPA/Hotel/Resort industry.
Able to work independently and find solutions to challenges.
Excellent Communication and Social skills.
Excellent verbal and written English, other languages of advantage.
Computer skills – MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Ability to travel independently and regular.
Age: 26 – 45
Based: Bangkok, Hong Kong or Singapore
Starting Date: TBA
